Nice Radio

IMHO this is the best sounding of the current crop of jobsite radios. It is also loud enough to be heard on site. Most batteries that this radio works with will power this radio for at least a day, V28 for two. It also has a nice long cord.

Radio reception is very good. There is an auxiliary antenna connector for pulling in those hard to tune frequencies. I usually just slip a piece of copper pipe over the included antenna, as radio stations are pretty sparce here in rural Florida.

The Auxiliary input works great for CD/Ipods etc. And the twelve volt out cigeratte lighter type jack is very useful for charging cell phones.

This is a very heavy radio. You won't have to chase it around the jobsite on a windy day.

It does not charge batteries.

Pros
Great Sound, Auxiliary input.
