WORX SD SemiAutomatic Driver Unboxing And Test

Hello this is Chris with ToolRank.com and today we're taking a look at the works SD

semi-automatic driver. This kind of surprised me it came in the mail the other day and this

is one I wrote about a couple days ago on the website you can check it out. So it's a little

4 volt driver screwdriver. There's a light on the front you can see. What's unique about

this one is it has this revolver type bit holder. that are changeable you can take them in and out right it's like a normal

like a like a pistol combination pistol revolver so by pulling it back it pulls the bit

out of the tip and then when you push it forward it actually puts another tip

on the front so you can see right now we've got a hex tip

Now we have a smaller one. So each time you pull it back a new tip comes out So this one a little drill tip

And then you can pop these out pretty quickly. Put a new one in

So we got number three tip, I mean number two tip. 3 tip, flathead, square drive, number 2 square drive, number 1, Phillips

So it's really pretty cool. You got the forward and reverse. It's got a pretty big trigger

It doesn't really fit my hand. It depends on how you hold it

There's no room for the pinky, so you kind of have to hold it with your finger like this

Like I said, it's 4 volts, it doesn't really have a whole lot of power. It mostly for probably putting furniture and stuff together But it pretty cool The way you change it You can even do it with one hand if you had to

So this has a built-in internal battery that's non-replaceable and it has this charger

Plug it in the bottom right here. So you can plug it in and charge it

It takes a few hours of charge. It takes a few hours of charge

And it's got lithium ion battery in it so it should last

You can store it for a long time without using it and the battery will stay charged

So this is not something you really want to use on like a job site or something. It's mostly for maybe installing hinges or putting like breakdown furniture together

and stuff. That's pretty cool. So let's give this 4 volt driver a try

This is, I haven't charged this yet. This is straight from the factory

And I got an inch and a quarter screw. And this is Douglas fir

One thing this isn variable speed You have one speed so let try it out Oh one thing you notice is the magnet on this could be a little stronger because it won hold the tip very well

So let's try this out. So you can see it, uh, So you can see it, uh... ..

...and enough power to drive a screw

to drive a screw into some Douglas fir so it's like I said it should be plenty

strong to put furniture together do some light duty work around the house and

stuff but I wouldn't really use it for drilling too big a hole or anything
