With cordless tools extra batteries are always beneficial, which is why I am fond of deals like this. The promotion is good on smaller 2-piece impact & drill combo kits as well as larger 4-piece combo kits. Unfortunately this is a mail-in rebate, so the battery probably won't arrive in time for Father's Day, but that just means he will get another surprise in the mail in up to 12 weeks.
