Docks4iPods Turns Tools Into iPad Stands

Love tools and love technology? Then how about mixing them together with one of these cool handmade iPad docks that is made out of repurposed tools. Put one of these docks in your workshop and it will fit right in; just don't accidentally reach for one of the tools and knock your tablet to the floor. Tears might soon follow.

Docks4iPods has a couple of different iPad docks that are made out of tools and other building materials, but if you want something a bit more fancy they also has some nice looking rough lumber and finished wood docks for both iPods and iPhones. Some of the models even include USB connectivity and charging capabilities, while others simply act as stands. The non-USB model stands could most likely work with other tablet devices. Prices on the Docks4iPods range from $30 for iPhones stands up to $150 for more elaborate docks.
