Bosch Introduces Their Lightweight SGH182 Brushless 18V Drywall Screwgun Hothttp://www.tool-rank.com/media/listing/photos/thumbnail/300x300s/d0/bc/6c/Bosch-SGH182-101-18-Volt-Brushless-Drywall-Screwdriver-with-Battery-Charger-and-Contractor-Bag-90-1425885834.jpg
Is this the year of cordless brushless drywall screwdrivers or what? Not long after the other brands announce their models, Bosch hits us with their very own. So what sets the Bosch SGH182 Screwgun apart from the rest? At 3.5lbs with a 4.0Ah battery, it is the lightest of the bunch, but it might also be the most powerful.
I can't really say for sure which is the most powerful without doing a side by side review, but Bosch says the SGH182 can drive up to 3400 screws on a single 4.0Ah battery charge; a number significantly higher than the claims made in their competitors press releases.
At 9.9 inches in length, the Bosch SGH182 is not the shortest of the bunch, but its narrow body makes it the slimmest and possibly most comfortable to use. The brushless screwdriver can be used with either hand thanks to its ambidextrous design and it features a forward/reverse control that can't be accidently switched.
