The saw being light and fast is great for plastic laminate counter tops. You have to take care not to bend the base of the saw. If you put the saw loose in your truck where it might bounce around the base might go out of alignment and then you'll have a heck of a time running along a straight edge.

Great for scribing

The saw being light and fast is great for plastic laminate counter tops. You have to take care not to bend the base of the saw. If you put the saw loose in your truck where it might bounce around the base might go out of alignment and then you'll have a heck of a time running along a straight edge.
