Milwaukee is continuing to expand their new line of jobsite storage solutions with the introduction of a new transparent-lid Jobsite Organizer 48-22-8030. While it may look like other jobsite organizers on the market today, Milwaukee says theirs has been “meticulously designed” for “increased productivity”, and provides 20% more capacity than the competition.

Milwaukee has multi-bay chargers for their M18 batteries and they just recently came out with a new multi-bay charger that handles both M18 and M12 Milwaukee batteries. Coming this March, Milwaukee Tool will be releasing a new Four Bay Sequential Charger (48-59-1204) for their M12 lithium-ion batteries.

Milwaukee has announced that they are releasing a new cordless M18 Sawzall Reciprocating Saw (2621) with updated features and technology that will replace the aging model 2620. It has been a few years since the previous model came out, so the 2621 will bring the M18 Sawzall up to par with the rest of Milwaukee’s cordless tool line.

When Milwaukee announced that they were coming out with an 18-volt cordless 7-1/4-inch circular saw I was both shocked and impressed. Why? Just months earlier one of their competitors came out with the first cordless 7-1/4-inch circular saw, but it required 2x18V batteries (36V). Could Milwaukee do the same with one less battery? In addition to the two Cordless LED lights that Milwaukee has already come out with, which I reviewed here, they will be coming out with a pair of new M12 and M18 Cordless LED Lanterns. While the previous LED lights were great task lights, the new LED Lanterns will probably be better area lights.

Having just returned from Milwaukee's 2014 new product symposium, I wanted to highlight some of the really innovative new tools now revealed; but, before I delve into some of what I saw, I would be amiss if I didn't first mention what a superb job the folks at Milwaukee did in setting up the event itself.
